Explaining our new and improved invoice

1. Invoice

The new format is clearly labeled in the header as an Invoice. We know... it's a simple but obvious change.

2. Location of Transfer

No more guess work on what terminal the invoice is regarding. The Location of Transfer is a new addition and will clearly identify the terminal and terminal # where the product was lifted.

3. Bill To Number

The Bill To # is now easy to find and convenienty located with the Bill To company.

4. Ship To Number

The Ship To # is a new addition and located in a visible location.

5. Product Groupings

Product Groupings are a new feature designed to save you time and effort. Purchases are now logically grouped by type based on their applicable taxes. This is especially helpful when you choose one of our consolidated invoice options.

6. Applicable Freight

To speed up processing, your purchases are more clearly listed with all the relevant info. And to make things easier, when there is applicable freight, it will be located immediately after the product listing. The freight listing will contain all the facts you need on the rate, quantity, and total.

7. Product Description Codes

Help on the Product Description Codes is never far away. There will always be a product legend immediately following a list of products - so there's no wasted time guessing or searching.

8. BOL Number

The BOL # is a new addition which will help make your account management much easier. Yet another way to reduce guessing and searching for info.

9. Time

In addition to the BOL #, the time the product was lifted is also new. Now you have the terminal, the product, and the time - all at your fingertips!

10. Expected EFT Date

The expected EFT date is a new feature that does all the calculations for you, taking into account your terms, weekends, and even holidays. This is one of the many changes designed to make life a little bit easier.

11. Bill Net or Gross

Was the product billed net or gross? Now the answer is crystal clear. With this new addition, N means net and G means gross. Now you'll always be in the know.

12. Tax Summary

We know the tireless hours you spend making sense of the taxes. While we can't get rid of taxes, we can make them easier to understand. This is why we created an all new Tax Summary after each product grouping. With the new invoice, it is now clear what taxes and fees apply to what products - no more wasted time figuring out what was in the old merged tax amounts.

13. Subtotal

We make taxes easier by doing all of the math for you (for those of you who love math, we apologize for making it easy). After each tax summary, you'll find new sub-totals for the taxes and fees.

14. Product Total

Following along with the new tax subtotals we also have new product subtotals. Now it's very straightforward to know how all the subtotals add up to your invoice total.

15. Amount Due

The Amount Due section is now clearly labeled on the new invoice. We know... just like the Invoice header, it's a simple but obvious change.

16. Final Conditions of Sale: Product Descriptions

You are sure to notice this new section, Final Conditions of Sale: Product Descriptions, located at the end of the invoice. This is an invoice requirement from the US EPA.
