Your Personal Information and the Irving Rewards Program

To better understand and serve the needs of our Participants, Irving collects both aggregate Participant data and personally identifiable information regarding Participants. Personally identifiable information is any information that allows others to identify you or contact you. When you register to participate in the Irving Rewards program, Irving may collect the following personally identifiable information:

  • Your first and last name.
  • Your home address.
  • Your e-mail address.
  • Your phone number.

In order to provide you with the discounts, rewards, and other benefits associated with the Irving Rewards Program, Irving may collect limited information about your purchases when you use the Irving Rewards Card. Irving may collect the following information about purchases that you make using the Irving Rewards Card:

  • The total dollar amount of your purchases on that visit.
  • The Irving Rewards discount you earned from your purchase.

When you agree to become an Irving Rewards program Participant, you agree that Irving may collect, use and retain such information.

You do not have to create a Public Profile in order to access the Irving Rewards Website.
