To Our Community

Publication date

We have always been proud to call Saint John home and to have Irving Oil’s home office in our city. We believe that people matter, and know the success of our company depends on our people and how we work together as a team.

As part of our continued commitment to our people and our community, we are very pleased to announce that our Company is planning to build a new home office building in Saint John.

Irving Oil employees are currently working in multiple offices located across Saint John. Our new office building will consolidate our Saint John based team under one roof, other than those closely associated with our refinery and lubricants plant operations. We will provide a working environment specifically designed to help move the company forward – one that will foster productivity, collaboration and a one-team approach. Furthermore, this privately funded project is a tangible example of our commitment to our community in Saint John and the Province of New Brunswick.

Our preferred site is next to the Imperial Theatre and is presently used by our employees for parking.

We have begun working with B+H Architects, a Toronto based firm, to complete a feasibility study and it is hoped that construction can start in the spring of 2016.

We are very pleased to announce this exciting and meaningful project and we thank our employees, our customers and our community for helping us make this project possible.

We look forward to sharing more details in the months ahead.

Thank you for your support.
