Lift collects data on the customers that are visiting our Site, and tells us what pages were visited and the amount of time on a page. Lift also captures the IP address of the user and the country/city they are viewing the page from. Lift is GDPR compliant in the protection of any user data where applicable.

Irving Oil US Rewards utilizes a cookie for session information for logged in users.  This Cookie expires every hour, at which point users will need to log back in to the portal.

HTML Email Web Beacons

Our marketing related emails contain a single, campaign-unique “web beacon pixel” to tell us whether our emails are opened and combined with other technology verify any clicks through to links within the email. We may use this information for purposes including determining which of our emails are more interesting to you and to query whether users who do not open our emails wish to continue receiving them. The pixel will be deleted when you delete the email. If you do not wish the pixel to be downloaded to your device, you should choose not to click links that we send you. This information may be connected to your personal identity.
