How it works
How do I get an Irving Rewards card?
Pick up an Irving Rewards card at participating Irving Oil locations and register online or sign up now and we’ll send you a card. If requesting a card, please note that it will take approximately 10-12 business days to arrive. Sign up or Register now.
How do I earn fuel discounts with my Irving Rewards card?
Once you have an Irving Rewards card and have created an Irving Rewards account, you’ll earn a 10¢-per-gallon fuel discount with every 50 gallons of fuel purchased. You will also earn a 5¢-per-gallon fuel discount after every $50 spent in the store on qualifying merchandise.
What happens if I buy more than 50 gallons of fuel, or more than $50 of merchandise in the store? Do I earn more rewards?
You’ll earn 10¢ per gallon every time you reach 50 gallons and 5¢ per gallon every time you reach $50. If your balance exceeds the 50-gallon or $50 threshold, the remainder will be applied toward your next fuel discount.
Once I earn a fuel discount, when will I be able to redeem it?
Once you earn a reward it will be available for you to use on your next fuel purchase (up to 20 gallons) in approximately 30 minutes.
What is “qualifying merchandise” in the store?
Our in-store offer is available with the purchase of most products, with the following exceptions: Alcohol, tobacco, lottery tickets, milk (ME only), gift cards, gift certificates, prepaid cards, money orders, postage stamps, licenses, municipal trash, car wash, wood pellets, recycling bags or tags and any other items that may be prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
Is there a maximum fuel purchase amount when earning rewards?
Yes, you can earn fuel discounts on fuel purchases up to 30 gallons per visit.
Is there a maximum fuel purchase amount when redeeming rewards?
There is a maximum fill-up of 20 gallons when you redeem your rewards. Once you reach your limit, the pump will automatically stop fueling. If would like to purchase more than 20 gallons, you must begin a new transaction. This limit will apply to all fuel discount redemptions, except Irving Debit Pay which applies to every gallon.
How many rewards can be redeemed per transaction?
One Irving Rewards card can be swiped during each transaction; however, there is no limit to the amount of fuel discounts you can redeem with your fill of up to 20 gallons.
Can rewards be used for diesel purchases?
Yes, rewards can be redeemed for consumer diesel at participating Irving Oil locations.
Do my rewards expire?
When you earn a reward, it will be available for the remainder of the month it was earned, plus an additional 60 days thereafter. For example, a reward earned on February 14 will expire on April 30.
How can I check my Irving Rewards balance, transaction history and find participating Irving Rewards locations?
Once you sign up for an Irving Rewards account, you can view your account details and participating locations by logging in to your account at irvingoil.com/myrewards. You can also access this information by downloading our MyIRVING Mobile App. (You can find the app by searching ‘MyIRVING’ in your app store.)

What is Irving Debit Pay?
Irving Debit Pay is a method of payment using your Irving Rewards card. You can add Irving Debit Pay by linking your checking account to your Irving Rewards card. Once linked, you’ll save 10¢ on every gallon, when you pay with Irving Debit Pay at an Irving gas station.
How does Irving Debit Pay work?
We’ve partnered with ZipLine (NPCA – National Payment Card Association) to deliver technology that enables you to link your checking account to your Irving Rewards card so you can pay for fuel and in-store purchases at participating Irving Oil locations. To link your Irving Rewards card to your checking account, log into your Irving Rewards account at www.irvingoil.com/myrewards and click “Link to Irving Debit Pay.” Please be sure to have your driver’s license and checking account information ready.
I signed up for Irving Debit Pay but receive emails from ZipLine. Who is ZipLine?
ZipLine (NPCA – National Payment Card Association) is a secure host that manages debit payment transactions in a secure and efficient way. Irving Oil does not have access to any of your payment account information nor do we manage these transactions.
If I conduct a transaction and I do not have sufficient funds in my account, what will happen?
You should not conduct a transaction if you are aware that you do not have sufficient funds to cover the face amount of the transaction. If you do, the transaction will be returned by your bank and your Irving Debit Pay program will be deactivated until you make good on your purchase. Returned transactions also result in a “Return Fee” permissible by state laws. ZipLine, or their partner, CHECKredi, will try to electronically collect the face amount of the transaction and the associated Return Fee on two attempts. If the company cannot collect through normal electronic means, your account will be flagged and referred to a collection service and your membership may be cancelled. We recommend that you have Overdraft Protection on the account used for your payment card account transactions to avoid additional return fees. By having Overdraft Protection with your bank, you may avoid our fees for any returned transactions.
Can I remit payment for my returned transaction and “Return Fee” to Irving Oil?
No, all payments for returned transactions must be paid directly to ZipLine’s collection partner CHECKredi. CHECKredi can be reached at: 800-742-2925
Why do I need to remit payment for my returned transaction and “Return Fee” to CHECKredi?
ZipLine is a Third-Party Service provider in processing ACH transactions. ZipLine funds Irving for all transactions in full through the ACH Network. Any returned transactions and “return fee” collection becomes the responsibility of ZipLine. ZipLine has partnered with CHECKredi to recuperate the outstanding funds.
How do I access my Irving Debit Pay account?
Because ZipLine is a third-party vendor facilitating the payment portion of Irving Debit Pay, they provide a secure portal for your Irving Debit Pay transactions at www.myzipline.biz. Irving Debit Pay transactions that are also qualifying Irving Rewards transactions can also be viewed in your Irving Rewards account page in transaction history.

Why don't I see my Irving Debit Pay discount on the pump screen or in the "you saved" section on my receipt?
The payment portion of our Irving Rewards program referred to as Irving Debit Pay is managed by ZipLine, a secure host that manages debit payment transactions in a secure and efficient way. Irving does not have access to any of your payment account information. Because of this separation, ZipLine operates on different rails than Irving Rewards. We are able to show you your earned savings balance but are not able to display the associated Irving Debit Pay discount on the screen. To review your full discount amount, look at the price per gallon on the small display screen where you selected your fuel type. It will display the fully discounted fuel price.
Is Irving Debit Pay safe and secure? How am I protected?
Yes, in accordance with industry data security standards, secure handling of your information is of utmost importance to Irving Oil’s payment partner ZipLine. For more information, please review ZipLine’s FAQs “about my account & security” at https://irving.poweredbyzipline.com/faq/
Are there limits to Irving Debit Pay?
The following limits are in place for Irving Debit Pay:
Irving Debit Pay can be used up to 5 times a day and 15 times a week.
Up to $175 can be debited from an Irving Debit Pay card per day at Irving Oil sites that are not partnered with Circle K
Up to $150 can be debited from an Irving Debit Pay card per day at Irving Oil sites that are partnered with Circle K
Up to $150 can be debited from an Irving Debit Pay card per transaction at Irving Oil sites that are not partnered with Circle K.
Up to $100 can be debited from an Irving Debit Pay card per transaction at Irving Oil sites are partnered with Circle K.
Can I link more than one Irving Rewards card to my debit account?
Yes. Call ZipLine Customer Service at 1.877.403.2222 and select option 2 to activate your account and then option 5 to activate an additional or replacement card.
MyIRVING app general inquiries
Can I log in to the MyIRVING app with Face or Touch ID?
Yes, app users can log in to the app using Face or Touch ID. Enable this feature in the security settings in your MyIRVING app. For additional guidance, follow our iOS or Android video instructions.
Can I register my Irving Rewards card in the app?
Yes, if you haven’t registered your card, you can do so right in the app!
Does the app replace my Irving Rewards card?
If you are only signed up for Irving Rewards, you will need to swipe your physical card to earn fuel rewards. However, if you have Irving Debit Pay, and have added it in the MyIRVING app, you can pay with the app at participating sites, and earn or use rewards without having to swipe any cards.
Can I make payments with my credit card on the MyIRVING app?
Payments can only be made through your Irving Debit Pay account using the Mobile Pay feature at participating sites. See the 'Mobile Pay feature' section for details.
Mobile Pay feature
How does Mobile Pay work?
You’ll first need to link your Irving Rewards card to your bank account - this is Irving Debit Pay! Then, download the MyIRVING app and set up your Irving Debit Pay account. Mobile Pay allows you to use your mobile device to make purchases through your Irving Debit Pay. You’ll have the convenience of paying at the pump and inside the store in addition to saving on fuel.
Does Mobile Pay replace Irving Debit Pay?
The Mobile Pay feature will only work with Irving Debit Pay. Once set up within the app, you can pay at the pump or inside the store using your phone.
How do I use the Mobile Pay feature?
To enable the feature, tap the gear icon at the top of your home screen. Then, tap Payments and tap the Irving Debit Pay button. It will then ask you to log into your Irving Debit Pay account, or enroll if you're not already signed up. Once you successfully log in, your Irving Debit Pay account is now added to your wallet within the app.
To use the Mobile Pay feature, tap the red, circular PAY button on your home screen. You will then choose whether you're paying at the pump or inside the store.
- If paying at the pump, the app will prompt you to enter the pump number where you'll be fueling. You'll then see the location address and the pump number you entered. In order to confirm the transaction, you'll be asked for your Irving Debit Pay PIN. Once it's successfully entered, exit your vehicle and begin fueling.
- If you're paying for something inside the store, tap In-store you'll be asked to check out with Irving Debit Pay. Again, enter your PIN and a QR code will be generated. Please present the code for the cashier to scan.
Please note that location services must be turned on to use Mobile Pay.
Where can I use the app’s Mobile Pay feature?
Mobile Pay is limited to a number of sites in our network (scroll up to see the Mobile Pay site list) with plans to add more sites soon.
Can I use Mobile Pay to pay for my Irving Energy home heating?
We anticipate offering this in the future.

Can I save my rewards for later?
Yes! If you have rewards available, the pump screen will display your rewards balance and ask if you’d like to redeem. Select “Yes” and the rewards will be applied to your transaction. Select “No” and they will be saved for later.
Note: Please be aware that this feature will be temporarily disabled when we are running promotions that discount every gallon. This allows every member to receive the best value for their rewards during these periods.
Will the rewards I save for later expire?
Yes, but our extended expiration period is 60 days + the remaining days of the month in which you earned the reward. This means you have between 60 and 90 days to use your rewards. You can always view your rewards balance by logging into your account at irvingoil.com/rewards and on the MyIRVING mobile app. If you have earned a new reward, it will display on your receipt.
Can I save my Irving Debit Pay discount for later?
Your Irving Debit Pay discount will be applied to every transaction. All other earned rewards can be saved for later.
Why would I want to save my rewards for later?
You should have the choice on when and where to use your rewards. Use them or save them for when it’s most convenient for you.
What should I do if my rewards didn’t display on the screen?
The option screen is only visible when you have rewards available to use. Otherwise, it's not displayed.
Note: Irving Debit Pay members will always receive the discount when paying with Irving Debit Pay. That discount will not display on the screen.
How can I keep track of my rewards balance?
If you have a balance, it will be displayed on the pump screen. You can also download the MyIRVING mobile app, or track your balance by logging into your account at irvingoil.com/rewards. If you have earned a new reward, it will show on your receipt.
What is the Irving Energy offer?
Irving Energy residential customers can now link their Irving Rewards card to their Irving Energy account and save 5¢ per gallon at Irving Oil gas stations with every 50 gallons of home heating fuel delivered. Offer available on all deliveries of propane, heating oil and ultra-low Sulfur diesel for residential use in markets Irving Energy serves, including Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
How do I earn fuel discounts with Irving Energy?
Simply visit https://www.irvingoil.com/en-US/home-energy/home-energy-solutions-irving-rewards to link your Irving Rewards card to your Irving Energy account or call Irving Energy Customer Care at 1.888.310.1924 to become a new Irving Energy customer. Once your accounts are linked, you’ll save 5¢ with every 50 gallons of home heating fuel delivered including propane, heating oil and ultra-low Sulfur diesel (ULSD).
What Irving Energy products or services are included in the Irving Rewards offer?
Propane, heating oil and ultra-low Sulphur diesel (USLD) deliveries for residential use are included in the Irving Energy offer.

How do I get the 25¢ fuel savings reward for 42 visits or 2 years?
Call Irving Energy Customer Care at 1.888.310.1924 to become a new Irving Energy customer. Complete your account set-up including tank inspection, agree to automatic delivery and take a first delivery.
Once I am eligible for the 25¢ new customer offer, when will I be able to redeem it at Irving Oil gas stations?
Your new customer offer reward will be available for redemption up to 14 days after your first heating fuel delivery, and you must remain on automatic delivery.
I started receiving the 25¢ per gallon Irving Energy new customer offer and I noticed it was not available on my last purchase. Where is it?
If you haven’t used all of your 42 25¢ per gallon rewards and if it has been less than 2 years since the offer started then it is likely because one of your 25¢ per gallon rewards expired, but don’t worry, the next time you redeem a reward it will trigger another 25¢ per gallon offer to apply to your card. If this is not the issue or if you need assistance please reach out to our support team at [email protected] or 1.855.774.7975.
Can I combine my 25¢ per gallon reward with other Irving Rewards offers?
Yes! You can combine your new customer offer reward of 25¢ per gallon with any other reward earned at the pump, in the store, with Irving Debit Pay and with home heating fuel deliveries.
Once I sign up and register my Irving Rewards card with Irving Energy, how will I know what rewards I have earned?
After you have set up your new account and linked your Irving Rewards card, you can log into your account at www.irvingoil.com/myrewards to view your rewards, transaction history and other important account information.
Do all Irving Oil locations participate in the Irving Rewards program?
All Irving Oil locations with a Circle K and most of our Irving Oil locations that are not connected to Circle K are participating in the Irving Rewards program. For a complete list of participating sites, visit our location finder.
Why are there some Irving Oil locations that do not accept Irving Rewards and some locations that do accept Irving Rewards but do not accept Irving Debit Pay?
Irving Oil has a unique network of partners. A small portion of our partner locations do not have the technology available to process Irving Rewards and others that do not have the technology to support Irving Debit Pay. While we work through the challenges at these locations, we hope you enjoy Irving Rewards and Irving Debit Pay at other locations in our participating network.
What if I forget to swipe my Irving Rewards card?
To earn credit or redeem a reward you must swipe your card at the time of purchase. Credits cannot be applied after a transaction has been completed. All rewards are electronically assigned to a member account at the time of the transaction (this applies to pay at pump and inside Irving Rewards card transactions).
What if I make a purchase at an Irving Oil location that does not accept Irving Rewards cards?
To earn credit towards a reward, you must swipe your card at a participating Irving Oil location.
What if my card does not read properly at the pump or in the store?
If you are having trouble at the pump or in the store, please advise an employee before completing your transaction. The employee will be able to manually enter your card number, so you will receive credit towards your next fuel discount.
Can I transfer my rewards or purchase credits to another Irving Rewards account?
You will only be able to transfer your rewards and credits if you are replacing your card. If you would like to transfer your balance to a new card, please call our Customer Support Team at 1.888.273.5222.
Do I have to use my card every time I buy fuel or only when I redeem my rewards?
You must swipe your Irving Rewards card with every transaction to receive purchase credit and earn fuel discounts.
Are there any earning partners like grocery stores where I can earn rewards?
We are always exploring new ways to grow our Irving Rewards program to meet the changing needs of our customers. While there may be earn partners in the future, the current Irving Rewards program is available only at participating Irving Oil locations.
Can I have more than one Irving Rewards card linked to an account?
An Irving Rewards card can only be linked to one Irving Rewards account.
How do I change my password?
Login to your account at irvingoil.com/rewards. Click on "account" at the top of the page and scroll down to the "change password" section and follow directions. Or from the MyIRVING mobile app, click on the gear icon in the top right corner, select "general settings," then "security" and you'll find "change password." Simply follow the prompts to complete the change.
How often should I change my password?
If you don't remember the last time you changed your password, it would be a good time to do so.
It's good practice to change your password on your online accounts from time to time.

Do I need to be subscribed to emails to participate in contests and promotions?
Yes, you need to be subscribed to email to be eligible for certain components of contests and promotions including but not limited to Red Sox promotions, summer promotions, etc. To re-subscribe, email your first name and last name along with your card number to [email protected] with your desire to subscribe to emails from Irving Oil.
How can I tell if I'm subscribed to Irving Rewards communications?
If you receive emails from Irving Oil you are subscribed. If you do not receive emails you are either unsubscribed or your emails are being filtered from your inbox. If you would like to re-subscribe, please email [email protected]
What is the AE Robinson home heat offer with Irving Rewards?

If you had 108 gallons of AE Robinson home heating fuel delivered, you would earn a 10¢ per gallon reward on your Irving Rewards card. The remaining 8 gallons will count towards your next fuel discount.
