We offer a competitive compensation package with incentives and reimbursements for all eligible BTU skilled tradespeople that includes: - Full ICI construction wage rates
- Overtime paid as double time subject to and in accordance with applicable agreements
- $2,000 sign-on or retention incentive
- $200/day subsistence allowance
- 7-days-per-week subsistence allowance
- $0.72/km travel assistance rate
- Bridge and ferry reimbursements
