Once I apply for the Irving Commercial Card, how long does it take to get approved?

It takes 2-3 business days for your application to be reviewed. Once approved, your card will be mailed in 3 business days.

What are the annual fees for the Irving Commercial Card?

There are no application or annual fees for the Irving Commercial Card. 

Is there a minimum number of vehicles required in my fleet to meet the requirements of the Irving Commercial Card?

No, you may use the Irving Commercial Card without limitations on the amount of vehicles you have. There are no minimum or maximum requirements.  

Is there a replacement fee for a lost or stolen card?

There is no cost to replace a card. Please report missing or stolen cards by contacting us at 1.800.561.2447. 

Where can I use my Irving Commercial Card?

Your Irving Commercial Card for business fleet can be used at over 900+ Irving Gas Stations in Atlantic Canada, Quebec and New England. 

Can I restrict purchases to fuel only or allow convenience store purchases?

Yes, you can customize your card settings to be configured for Fuel purchases only. With our online tool Fuel Genius, you can customize these settings to suit your fleet and business needs.

How is the fuel rebate calculated?

The discount you receive on gas and diesel is dependent on your annual fuel volume.

What security features are available with the Irving Commercial Card for Fleet?

Driver ID and Odometer are mandatory on all Fleet cards.  Additional "Report Only" prompts can be added within the online tool, Fuel Genius.

What information does the driver need to enter at the time of purchase?

The driver would need to enter Their exact match Driver ID and Odometer.

Can I track purchase activity and fuel usage in real time, and receive invoices online and go paperless?

Yes, you can track your card activity in real-time and receive invoices either online or via email.

Is there a limit to the number of users I can register for the online portal?

There’s no limit on how many users you register for the online portal. 

How do I log into my online portal, Fuel Genius?

You can log in here or by visiting our website and selecting “Login” in the top right navigation.

Can I get a full listing of participating gas stations in my area?

By visiting your Fuel Genius account, you can look up all the participating Irving Gas Stations in your area, plus view the amenities available. 

Can I earn AIR MILES® Reward Miles, Hometown Rewards or Irving Rewards discounts when I purchase gas or diesel with the Irving Commercial Card?

Yes, you can earn AIR MILES® Reward Miles and Hometown Rewards at participating locations in Atlantic Canada only. 

With Irving Rewards, you can save 3¢/L with every 150 litres purchased cumulatively at participating locations in Quebec and Ontario only.
