Are your gas stations and convenience stores still open?

We are here to help keep our customers on the road. Our gas stations are open, and most offer the option to pay at the pump.

What extra sanitization measures are you taking to ensure the debit machines and gas pumps are clean?

We are taking additional measures to keep customers and employees safe by increasing how frequently we clean our surfaces, screens and pumps. Inside our stores you will continue to find our really clean washrooms. By the pumps, we have hand sanitizer and disposable gloves at most of our locations. Paper towel is also available to cover the pump handle. We also ask our customers to consider paying with debit or credit inside the convenience store.

Are you following the precautions for physical distancing inside the convenience store?

When inside our convenience stores, we are asking our staff and customers to please respect safe physical distancing measures.

Are you still accepting loyalty cards?

As part of our enhanced safety measures, we ask customers to please swipe their loyalty card at the pump when possible. Inside, customers can hold up their card to be scanned without contact or they can read out their card number for manual entry. Our programs include AIR MILES™ (Atlantic Canada), Récompenses Irving (Québec), and Irving Rewards (Ontario and New England).

Do you have paper towel available?

We understand that any visit to a retail location comes with its own worry. At the pumps, we have hand sanitizer and disposable gloves at most of our locations and paper towel to cover the pump handle when you fuel up.

What do I do if the hand sanitizer has run out?

Please notify one of our team members inside the store if the hand sanitizer has run out. If you have feedback or believe that a site needs additional attention, please send an email to [email protected] and our team will follow up.

Are you requiring customers and staff to wear masks inside the convenience store?

When inside our convenience stores, we require our staff and customers to follow local legislation regarding masks.
