Saint John, NB – For the eighth consecutive year, Irving Oil has been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers.
The company, one of the largest employers in Atlantic Canada with more than 4,000 full-time workers across its operations, was recognized for its commitment to implementing exceptional workplace programs, benefit offerings and resources to support its employees, initiatives around diversity and inclusion, as well as its community programming.
In its 24th year, Canada’s Top 100 Employers is a national competition recognizing companies and organizations that lead their industries in creating progressive and innovative workplaces. The more than 1,000 applicants were evaluated on criteria that includes employee communications, performance management, benefits programming and training opportunities.
